Who these terms are between
These subscription terms are between you and Built By People Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 4073964), registered address: 67 Newland Street, Witham, Essex, England, CM8 1AA.
Plopp Plus is an optional paid subscription for the Plopp app, available on the iOS App Store. For questions about your subscription, contact us at hello@plopp.online.

What Plopp Plus includes
A Plopp Plus subscription unlocks the following features:
• Unlimited profiles — create profiles for your whole family and pets (free tier is limited to 1 profile)
• Full history — access your complete log history with no time limit (free tier is limited to 7 days)
• PDF export — export your log history as a PDF for sharing
All other Plopp features remain free and are not affected by your subscription status.

Pricing
Plopp Plus Monthly: £1.99, billed every month
Plopp Plus Annual: £14.99, billed every year
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Annual billing works out at approximately £1.25 per month — a saving of 37% compared to monthly billing. Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region. The price shown to you at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your subscription.

Free trial
Plopp Plus includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period you have full access to all Plopp Plus features at no charge. Your free trial begins on the date you confirm the subscription in the App Store.
At the end of the free trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown at sign-up, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, your access to Plopp Plus features ends at the close of the trial and you will not be charged.
The free trial is available to new Plopp Plus subscribers only. If you have previously subscribed to Plopp Plus, a free trial may not be offered.

Billing and renewal
Your subscription is billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month on the same date as your original purchase. Annual subscriptions renew automatically every year on the same date as your original purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. Apple will notify you before billing if the price changes. You will not receive a separate invoice from Built By People Ltd. All billing is managed by Apple.

How to cancel
You can cancel your Plopp Plus subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Tap Plopp Plus
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
You can also manage your subscription directly from within the Plopp app under Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Plopp Plus features until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, your access to Plopp Plus features ends at the close of the trial period.

Refunds
All payments for Plopp Plus are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support at apple.com/support. Built By People Ltd does not process refunds directly and cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

Restoring a previous subscription
If you reinstall Plopp or switch to a new device, you can restore a previous Plopp Plus subscription at no charge by tapping Settings → Restore purchases in the app. Your subscription will be recognised if it is still active under your Apple ID.

Changes to Plopp Plus
We may change the features included in Plopp Plus or the subscription price from time to time.
• Feature changes: we will notify you within the app if we materially reduce what is included in your existing subscription
• Price changes: Apple will notify you of any price change before your next renewal. You can cancel at any time if you do not wish to continue at the new price

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Plopp Plus if these terms are breached or if your account is used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
